Initially, according to Alla Stoyanova, farmers and scientists faced serious challenges due to weather conditions. "We understood that heavy rains were expected, so we decided to harvest three weeks earlier than planned. We simply couldn't afford to lose the quality of the raw materials, especially due to possible rains," explained the farmer.
