The distinction went to the "grain-fed sirloin" presented by this producer, which was chosen as "the best in the world" and also received a special mention for excellence in flavor. This achievement reaffirms the quality and prestige of Argentine beef. Furthermore, in the grass-fed sirloin category, the gold medal was awarded to Quickfood S.A. for the sample from the Ricardo and Omar Bailo farm.
