The Kaliningrad region in Russia will develop the production of feed for aquaculture

Governor of the Kaliningrad region Anton Alikhanov said that the region is ready to get involved in the development of the production of domestic feed for aquaculture and become the center of such production, taking into account the special economic zone. The head of the region announced this during the VI International Fishery Forum and Exhibition of the Fishing Industry, Seafood and Technology, the press service of the regional government reports. As the press service clarified, the culture of consumption of fish products is growing all over the world, however, the biological reserves of the ocean have a limited resource, and the development of the aquaculture industry is an absolute alternative.
