The Kursk region in Russia increased the export of champignons in January 2024

Over 210 tons of Kursk fresh champignons were sent in January of this year to Belarus and Kazakhstan. In January 2024, the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Oryol and Kursk regions monitored export shipments of 214 tons of fresh champignons to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. Specifically, 111 tons of these products were sent to the Republic of Belarus, and 103 tons of these products to the Republic of Kazakhstan. These export volumes are 23% higher than in January 2023, when about 174 tons of these fresh mushrooms were supplied abroad from the Kursk region.
