The Minister of National Security, Alejandra Monteoliva, visited the Buenos Aires headquarters of the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange to hold a working meeting with authorities of the institution and representatives of the agri-industrial sector regarding challenges related to security and the logistics of the main grain transport corridors. During the meeting, key topics were addressed such as the "safe harvest" program, the situation faced by transporters at port entrances, the fight against smuggling, cross-border traffic, and the Paraná River Waterway. In this context, recent advances in security were highlighted, particularly the absence of plant blockades, the effectiveness of anti-blockade and anti-picket protocols, and the strengthening of actions against smuggling.
