Mexico: The miscellaneous one is modified by which the allocation mechanism to import beans under tariff-quota is disclosed

Chihuahua, Chih.- This Tuesday, April 26, the Ministry of Economy publishes in the Official Gazette of the Federation the Agreement that modifies the diverse one by which the allocation mechanism to import beans under tariff-quota is disclosed. Said Agreement shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation. Articles 1 second paragraph, 3 fraction I and 4 of the Agreement are amended to disclose the allocation mechanism to import beans under a tariff-quota, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 27, 2008 and its subsequent modifications, as follows: «ARTICLE 1.-… For 2021 the quota will only be 70,000 metric tons for imports, exclusively of black beans, classified in tariff section 0713.33.99 with the Commercial Identification Number (NICO) 02, and its period of allocation will be from the day following the publication of this Agreement and until September 30, 2021.
