In the 2024 agricultural season, Ukraine increased its pea cultivation to 210.1 thousand hectares, up by 60 thousand hectares from the previous year, with the largest areas in Odesa, Mykolayiv, and Kirovohrad regions. Volyn and Lviv regions recorded the highest average pea yield at 3 t/ha. Odesa also led in grain harvesting, threshing 1,080.7 thousand hectares. Overall, Ukraine harvested 28.59 million tons of cereals and 3.42 million tons of oilseeds.
