The Russian Agricultural Product Export Center noted that its director, Iliushin, held a working meeting with a delegation from Shandong Province. The Chinese representatives included Qin Haifeng, head of the Shandong Provincial Government's Trade Representative Office in Russia, and Li Qing, head of the Russian branch of Shandong High-Speed Qilu Eurasian Railway Logistics Company.
The Russian Agricultural Product Export Center released a statement saying: "Iliushin expressed willingness to cooperate with Chinese partners across a broad range of commodity categories, with a focus on increasing exports to China of wheat, oil cakes, vegetable oils, poultry meat, beef, pork, feed crops, and other products."
The Russian Agricultural Product Export Center stated that after the talks, both sides agreed to establish a bilateral working group and develop a cooperation roadmap.
