The South Chungcheong Province is recruiting participants for the "Successor Agricultural Business Manager Support Program."

(Hongseong=Yonhap News) Reporter Kim Jun-beom = The Chungnam Province announced on the 5th that it is recruiting 78 participants for the "2026 Successor Agricultural Manager Support Program" aimed at discovering local agricultural talents. Eligibility for the program is limited to residents aged 18 to 49 who have no prior experience in farming. If selected as a successor agricultural manager, participants can receive various forms of support, including funds for purchasing farmland and installing or leasing facilities, as well as agricultural technology and management education. However, the final amount of support may vary depending on the results of the loan handling institution's review, including individual credit evaluations.
