REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, continued his work visit to the Ijen coffee plantation area in Bondowoso, managed by PTPN and Perhutani, on Tuesday (24/06/2025). This visit is part of the implementation of the Prabowo-Gibran Asta Cita, especially in strengthening MSMEs and improving the competitiveness of local products in the global market. In addition, this activity also affirms the central government's support for the development of the plantation sector, especially coffee as one of Indonesia's main commodities in the international market. In an event titled "Harvest Together with Ijen Coffee Farmers", the Vice President directly harvested and sorted coffee, and engaged in dialogue with coffee farmers. During the event, the Vice President also distributed basic food supplies and goat livestock assistance channeled by PTPN.
