MALATYA (AA) - ORHAN YOLDAŞ - Orange, lemon and banana were dried for the first time in the sulfurization and drying facility, which was established in Malatya with the grant support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, aiming to continue production in a hygienic environment independent of climatic conditions throughout the year. Within the scope of the project prepared by the Apricot Research Institute Directorate, with the grant support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, various fruits and vegetables are dried in a hygienic environment independent of seasonal conditions in the apricot sulphurization and drying facility established in the Şahnahan District of Yeşilyurt district about two years ago.
