The European Group for the Promotion of Mushroom and Mushroom Growers (GEPC) has launched a campaign to promote the consumption of mushrooms among millennials in nine European countries. The campaign aims to raise awareness about the advantages of European mushrooms for a healthy and balanced diet, highlighting their affordability, variety, and ease of preparation. Consumption forecasts for mushrooms among millennials in the European Union are positive, with an expected increase of 24% next year.
