Ukrainian processors face increasingly strict requirements for the stability of product quality, especially for entering international markets. During his speech at the New Food Summit, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine for European Integration Taras Kachka called on domestic processors to actively adapt to changes in the requirements of world markets, in particular European ones, emphasizing quality standardization and long-term strategic planning. According to him, products with high added value, such as confectionery, juices and flour, show stable growth dynamics. "We make flour perfectly, but we have to import butter not because of quality, but because of stability," the deputy minister noted, stressing that even small deviations can influence the decisions of foreign partners.
