According to the expert-analytical service of the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine, for 10 months of the year, Ukrainian producers of dairy products increased the volume of exports in all product positions, except for fermented milk products and whey. Export volumes of milk and non-thickened cream doubled, and butter and milk fat almost one and a half times. The export of cheese also increased, +23% compared to the corresponding period last year. In October, the volume of exports in monetary terms exceeded the volume of imports by one and a half times. At the same time, the volume of imports decreased significantly. Oils and milk fats were imported in 10 months almost 9 times less than in 10 months last year, and cheeses by 1.5 times. The import of milk and condensed cream decreased six times. Imports decreased for all product items.
