The President of the United States Donald Trump stated on Sunday evening that his administration is close to concluding several trade agreements in the coming days and will notify other countries about higher import tariffs by July 9, with the higher rates to take effect on August 1. Despite promises to work on 90 deals in 90 days, Trump and his team have managed to complete only a few agreements - a limited agreement with the United Kingdom and a not well-defined agreement with Vietnam.
