Tunisia purchased 125,000 tons of soft wheat at a tender.

The Grain Agency of Tunisia (ODC) held a tender on September 3 for the purchase of soft wheat of any origin on a C&F basis, where it acquired 125 thousand tons of wheat from the company Bunge.

Specifically, the following lots were contracted:

Sixteen companies participated in the tender, and the bid prices ranged from $255.86 to $271 per ton.

It is worth recalling that on July 23, 2025, ODC purchased 100 thousand tons of soft wheat of any origin at a tender with delivery from August 10 to September 25, 2025, at an average price of $262.86 per ton C&F, which is $10.6 per ton lower than the purchase price of the previous tender from July 9.
