Turkey's pasta exports are increasing

Pasta, which harmonizes very well with cheese, chicken, fish, tomatoes, minced meat, spices and sauces that whet the appetite of everyone from seven to seventy, is among Turkey's important export products. Turkey increased its pasta exports by 9 percent from 606 million dollars to 659 million dollars in the first 9 months of 2024 and consolidated its place as the second in the world. Muhammet Öztürk, President of the Aegean Cereals, Pulses, Oil Seeds and Products Exporters' Association, informed that Turkey offered pasta to the tables of 155 countries in the January-September period of 2024, and shared that Turkey has the potential to exceed 1 billion dollars in pasta exports in 2025.
