Turkey is the world leader in the production and export of traditional export products such as seedless raisins. The 2023/24 season was completed with an export of 490 million dollars, an increase of 11 percent compared to the previous season. The 64th International Seedless Raisin Producing Countries Conference was held in Paris, France on October 24, 2024. 27 representatives from seedless raisin producing countries such as Australia, Chile, Greece, South Africa, Turkey and the United States attended the meeting. Mark King from Australia was elected as the Conference President, Osman Öz from Turkey was appointed as the Vice President and Ece Tırkaz as the secretary.
