The Mleiha dairy farm, set to begin production in June, will house 1250 cows, with plans to expand to 5000 cows in three years, producing 310 tons of milk daily, a significant increase from 75 tons. The farm will be the largest producer of clean milk and will focus on producing A2A2 protein-rich milk. The cows will not be medically inseminated, treated, or given medications or growth enhancers. The farm will use an autonomous robot for feeding and will use recyclable dark paper cartons for milk packaging to preserve quality. The first phase of the farm was recently inaugurated, with a cow-breeding and poultry project also in development.
