From January to October inclusive, Ukraine exported 36,400 tons of honey and bee products worth over $84 million, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture Taras Vysotskyi reported on his page in one of the social networks within a forum dedicated to the European integration of the Ukrainian beekeeping sector. Vysotskyi recalled that Ukraine is traditionally among the 5 largest honey exporters in the world. He specified that over 70% of the exported honey in the first 10 months of the year was delivered to European Union member states.
