Ukraine has run out of 8 out of 40 tariff quotas for various agricultural products, including corn, barley groats, and flour, as of August 17. However, quotas are still in use for processed cereals, starch, malt, wheat gluten, bran, waste and residues, and oats. Despite the COVID-19 impact on foreign trade, Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Olga Stefanishina, remains optimistic about the quality of Ukrainian products and the potential for them to be seen in the European market.
