The General Director of Ukroliyaprom Association, Stepan Kapshuk, has suggested that Ukraine should consider importing raw materials for its processors, as Europe does with soybeans and meal from Ukraine. He noted that Ukraine has sufficient raw materials in warehouses but they are not being processed, and the price of grain drops when a new harvest is good. The agency UkrAgroConsult, through its online platform AgriSupp, provides market intelligence for grains and oilseeds in the Black Sea and Danube markets.
