Between July 1, 2023, and February 22, 2024, Ukraine saw a significant increase in its vegetable oil exports to the EU, with a total of over 1.72 million tons exported, marking a 33% rise from the previous year. This included a 34.7% increase in sunflower oil and a more than double increase in rapeseed oil exports. However, soybean oil exports saw an 8.5% decrease. While meal exports remained steady, there was a notable decline in oilseed sales, particularly in sunseed, rapeseed, and soybean exports.
