Over 10 million leva are needed to restore protective forest belts in the Balchik municipality in the coming years, with 2,340 decares of facilities in poor condition, according to the 2024 monitoring. "These are 2,700 belts that need to be surveyed and their condition described. The latest estimates for restoration were around 4,000 leva per decare," explained Eng.
