REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BAUBAU -- The case of the withdrawal of food assistance experienced by Pak Jafar and Ibu Wa Muna, residents of Baadia Village, Murhum District, Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi, became a public spotlight after Ibu Wa Muna's complaint went viral on social media. The assistance, in the form of rice and cooking oil, which had been received, was reportedly requested back due to a data error of the recipients. Following the information circulating on social media, the Minister of Agriculture (Mentan) who is also the Head of the National Food Agency (BAPANAS), Andi Amran Sulaiman, acted swiftly by ordering the Bulog team to investigate the issue on the ground and resolve it thoroughly to ensure that the concerned families were not disadvantaged due to administrative errors.
