War in Ukraine, river port of Izmail hit by Russian drones

The night of September 25-26 witnessed a new Russian attack on Ukrainian grain infrastructure. The governor of the Odessa region, Oleg Kiper, again posted photos of damaged buildings on the social network Telegram, with the following comments: “Russian terrorists attacked the Odessa region with drones. The air defense forces worked extremely hard. Most of the drones were shot down.
