-What if we present an alfajor? This is the question that María Martínez and Diego Specioso asked themselves in 2023. So, when they started in 2018, they couldn't have imagined how things would turn out. And neither could they have foreseen what happened in 2025. The farm is located in the Guanchín mountains, 20 kilometers from Chilecito, where the climate sets the rules but walnuts (as we know) have found their place in the world there.
