The sowing of this culture is greatly expanding in the country, but seed production is not able to meet the sharply increased demand in a year. You may have to buy buckwheat seeds from Russia. However, not a single country in the world provides itself completely with seeds. And there are objective reasons for this. For example, heat-loving tomatoes, beans, sweet corn can be grown in far from sunny Belarus, but their seeds should be produced in optimal climatic zones, which, as a rule, are 200-300 kilometers south of the reproduction zone. Accordingly, in order to grow these crops in Belarus, seeds must be produced in the region of Odessa, Chisinau, Serbia, Croatia. Similarly, with the seeds of late-ripening hybrids of corn, sugar beet, perennial grasses, such as alfalfa.
