Wheat: Harvest progresses slowly

According to information from TF Agroeconômica, the wheat harvest in Rio Grande do Sul is between 18% and 20% of the estimated total, with approximately 550 thousand tons already commercialized, mainly between mills and exporters. The pace is slow, but it has resumed in the Missões regions, where the rains were lower. So far, no significant changes have been observed in the PH or appearance of the grains, although there are still uncertainties regarding the final quality. Prices remain stable, with indications between R$ 1,020.00 and R$ 1,050.00 FOB in the interior and from R$ 1,080.00 to R$ 1,150.00 CIF in the mills of Rio Grande do Sul. Outside the state, quotations reach R$ 1,180.00 CIF in Paraná and R$ 1,100.00 CIF in Cascavel, viable only for those who have their own fleet.
