The national product reached 22 international destinations, with Brazil standing out as the main buyer with 42.8% of the shipments, followed by Spain with a participation of 14.4%. The remaining countries accounted for the remaining 42.8% in this same period. According to Chávez, in these eight months, a total of 58 exporting companies actively participated in the international marketing of oregano, with Aromático Inversiones S.A.C. being the leading company in the sector, followed by Productos Vegetales de Exportación E.I.R.L.
