Wheat: Paraná may surpass 2016 productivity record

According to the Agricultural Economic Bulletin released this Thursday (30) by analysts from the Department of Rural Economics (Deral), from the State Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply (Seab), the wheat harvest continues at an advanced pace in Paraná, with yields above expectations, even in the face of rainfall recorded in recent weeks. The sunny days of the previous week favored the drying of the grains and allowed the harvest to reach 83% of the 819 thousand hectares sown in 2025. In the areas already harvested, average productivities exceeded 3,300 kilograms per hectare, and the trend is for this number to increase in the fields still in the field, concentrated mainly in the south of the state.
