Producer prices for first and second category chicken eggs in Russia as of November 12, 2025, are lower than last year, according to the Russian Ministry of Agriculture. "As of November 12, first category eggs from producers average 63.1 rubles per dozen, and second category eggs average 47.4 rubles per dozen. Despite the traditional seasonal increase in egg prices for this period, prices are currently lower than a year ago, by 19.1% and 25.5%, respectively," the ministry said in a statement.
