Wine exports from Georgia to Russia increased by 10% from January to October 2024

Georgia exported over 58 thousand tons of wine to Russia in the first 10 months of this year, which is 10% more than the same figure in 2023. This is evidenced by data from the National Statistics Service of Georgia, published on the agency's website. It reports that Georgia exported 58.9 thousand tons of wine to Russia worth $161.2 million. From January to October last year, the same figure was 53.5 thousand tons of wine worth $144 million. In total, Georgia exported wine worth $237.5 million abroad, which is 4.3% of all goods exports.
