Spain is a commercial leader in lemon

Lemon goes with everything, sweet or savoury, in ceviche or as a cake, this citrus fruit is an indispensable part of the kitchen, but also in Spanish commerce, where it stands out, not only for its flavour, but also for figures that make it a star product of Spanish exports. The lemon sector celebrates its world day by remembering its "key role" in different vital functions that make it "an excellent option to take care of physical and mental well-being", says the Interprofessional Association of Lemon and Grapefruit, Ailimpo.
