Yeongwang County, Members of the Korea Rural Guidance Leaders Uiryeong County Branch Visit 'Yes Farm' Sesame Farm

A group of 56 members from the Uiryeong County Korean Rural Guidance Leaders Association visited the sesame farm 'Yes Farm' (representatives Kim Tae-soo and Kim Young-hee) located in Sanggyeri, Yeomsan-myeon, Yeongwang County (led by County Mayor Jang Se-il). This visit was arranged to directly tour the sesame cultivation site and share various cases of returning to farming and agricultural conditions in the Yeongwang area. 'Yes Farm' is a single-crop sesame farm operated by Kim Tae-soo and Kim Young-hee, who returned to farming last year, cultivating sesame on 115,500 ㎡ (35,000 pyeong) of land. The couple previously ran a metal processing manufacturing business in Changwon City, Gyeongsangnam-do, before moving to Yeongwang County. After returning to farming, they have been developing their farm management capabilities by participating in various support programs, including strong farm brand education and media editing training.
