Description
Lucio Salvador Alcaraz Ley offers frozen conch meat from Mexico. The offered varieties are the Tomburro Conch meat (Turbinella Angulata), Sacabocado Conch meat (Busycon Perversum), and Lobatus Costatus. They are IQF frozen, eviscerated, and individually packed in plastic packs of 75-120 grams, perfectly fitted for consumption. The conch meat has a sweet and slightly smoky flavor and crunchy texture. The offered conch meat is wild-caught and with a validity of 2 years from production. This offer refers to the conch meat processed in July 2020. The samples of these products are available upon request.
