Description
The company has a normal and refrigerated packhouse. Product is packaged manually with enough cushion as per prescription from Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority(APEDA). The packaging is done in 3.5 Kg boxes(corrugated Fibre Board) as per specifications given by Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority(APEDA) and IIP(Indian Institute of packaging). The product ready for shipment in 2-3 days once the order is confirmed. The company prefers to deliver the goods through the Kandala, Pipava Port which is approximately 200 to 300 miles from the facility.

Description
The average production yield for pomegranates is 50000 tonnes per year and which 10000 metric ton is available for export. The main harvesting season is observed between November to March and the highest yield is obtained between December to February. The cultivated area is in Gujurat spread across more than 30000 hectares.

Pomegranate grows well under semi-arid conditions. It thrives well under hot, dry summer and cold winter provided irrigation facilities are available. The tree requires a hot and dry climate during fruit development and ripening. The pomegranate tree is deciduous in areas of low winter temperature and evergreen or partially deciduous in tropical and sub-tropical conditions. Plantation method is followed to grow pomegranate. The land for pomegranate cultivation is prepared by ploughing thoroughly. It is ploughed repeatedly 3-4 times to break the soil clods, remove the debris and bring the subsoil to the surface. Pomegranates are propagated by air-layering or through planting the stem cuttings. The high-density plantation is adopted wherein a plant distance of 5X5 m is maintained. They follow Square Method as well as Pit System for plantation. Most of the best global practices are followed in consultation with renowned Agricultural universities in India. Drip irrigation is pursued to preserve water and make the process more sustainable.

The crop is mostly hand plucked and transported to the packhouse and the company manages to complete lifecycle of world-class processing in the packhouse and refrigerated transportation. More than 15000 people are involved in the production process.

Description
The pomegranate (Punica granatum) is a fruit-bearing deciduous shrub in the family Lythraceae, subfamily Punicoideae. Pomegranates are among the healthiest fruits on Earth. They contain a range of beneficial plant compounds, unrivalled by other foods. The seeds are a rich source of dietary fibre which is entirely contained in the edible seeds.

Ezyexim Tech Pvt Ltd offers Sinduri Bhagva Pomegranate in red colour. The size of the product is 100 grams to 500 grams and has a sweet taste. The inside seeds have a glossy texture and the seeds are very soft. It is produced using conventional methods of production and is directly procured fro the farm to avoid any contamination. Product has a higher shelf life as compared to any other variety and can be stored for 20 days even without refrigeration. If the fruit is preserved at 5-degree Celsius, it lasts for many months. The pomegranate seeds are for consumption but can be processed further to make juices, candies and snacks.
