The tanks are stored in conditions stipulated by the government and the internal policies to maintain the quality of the product. For shipment, the crude oil can be shipped in flexitanks. The order is ready for shipment within 14 days from payment confirmation. The main port used for overseas export is the port of Saint Petersburg.

Chemdel employs quality checks throughout the supply chain process, starting from planting to delivery. All the production and processing steps follow the strict standards of the Russian government. It is ensured that the sunflower seeds are 100% and the maximum solvent is below the threshold levels. The company allows SGS inspection before loading at the port of discharge. Chemdel Company has an average annual production of 10,000 MT of crude sunflower oil. The sunflower production and processing into oil is made in Russia, with the harvest season between September and November. After harvest of the sunflower seeds, are selected, cleaned mechanically of debris and dirt, and dust. After cleaning, the seeds are ground and pressed for the extraction of crude oil.

Sunflower oil has linoleic acid which helps in increasing its body's immune defence. Consumption of oil also lowers bad cholesterol and prevents the development of cancer. It has a rejuvenating effect due to high Vitamin E content. It acts like an antioxidant that is directed against free radicals and slowing down the ageing of cells. It participates in the metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates, improves memory, and has a positive effect on the function of the sexual and endocrine glands.
Chemdel offers non-GMO, crude sunflower oil from Russia. The product is a food grade quality with golden colour. The oil is made from 100% pure pressing of sunflower seeds, with a maximum solvent of 10mg/ Kg. The sunflower oils are high in Vitamin E and have anti-ageing properties. The product has a validity of 1 year from the date of its production.
