Dried turmeric fingers are packed in 25/50 kg bags and stored in warehouses at controlled temperatures. The packaging of products is done under strict vigilance to ensure hygiene and quality and each pack is checked twice before it is dispatched. Products are delivered within 25 - 30 days from the date of receipt of confirmed order depending on harvesting, packing etc. Land, Air and Sea freight are the preferred delivery methods through the port in Cochin (Koshi).

Description
The average annual average yield of turmeric fingers is 35 MT. The cultivation areas are located in Karnataka State, India. The company follows a Sustainable Farming cultivation model using conventional methods of production. The first harvesting season is between the months of February to May and the second is from August to October. The turmeric fingers are obtained by curing the fresh turmeric. The fingers are separated from mother rhizomes and cured in boiling water. After boiling cured turmeric fingers, they are dried naturally or with the help of a drying pump. After drying, they are polished by rubbing manually or by using an automatic mechanical rubbing machine. The entire process is done using conventional methods of production.
