Whole cloves are packed in 60 kg bags and stored in warehouses at controlled temperatures. The packaging of products is done under strict vigilance to ensure hygiene and quality and each pack is checked twice before it is dispatched. Products are delivered within 25 - 30 days from the date of receipt of confirmed order depending on harvesting, packing etc. Land, Air and Sea freight are the preferred delivery methods through the port in Cochin (Koshi).

The warehouses of the company’s Strategic Partners have fully equipped Quality Control divisions that are periodically inspected by the Spices Board (Regulatory under Ministry of Commerce & Industries, Government of India).TEST certificates by Government authorised Laboratories will be given during the dispatch before loading which is part of the Customs Clearance procedures.

The average annual average yield of saffron threads is 1000 kg. The cultivation areas are located across India. The company follows a Sustainable Farming cultivation model using conventional methods of production. Cloves grow well in fertile loamy soils of the humid tropics and can be grown successfully in red soils of the midlands of Kerala and hilly terrains in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The flowering season is September-October in the plains and December to February at high altitudes. The unopened buds are harvested when they are plump and rounded and before they turn pink. The harvested flower buds are separated from the clusters by hand and dried.

Cloves are the flower buds of the clove tree, an evergreen also known as Syzygium aromaticum. They are found in both whole and ground forms, the spice is versatile and can be used to season pot roasts, add flavour to hot beverages, and bring spicy warmth to cookies and cakes.

Kyrali offers Cloves of Indian origin. The reddish-brown whole cloves can be stored at the optimum quality for about 2 to 3 years. They are conventionally produced and can be either consumed or further processed. Cloves are well known for their health benefits, such as balancing blood sugar, providing antioxidants and being good for bone health. Samples are available on request and the shipping expense is given by the buyer.
