The meat products are blast frozen and stored in -32 degrees freezers. It is ensured that every batch is marked with the date it was slaughtered on. Further, each rabbit is vacuum packed then packed in a carton box which contains approximately 15kg each. The company utilizes industrial freezers that store the meat at below 18° at all times. This operation is maintained all year round, producing 20 T of rabbit meat monthly, and 552 T per year on full capacity.
