The Price of Mexican Mango in the US Falls by 26% WoW on Strong Availability of Various Origins

The wholesale price of Mexican Tommy Atkins mango in the US market has taken a substantial fall of 26% WoW. In Week 21, the price in the Baltimore market went down to USD 1.38/kg from USD 1.88/kg the previous week. The price decrease is due to the record volume of imported mangoes entering the US. As a result, US customers will enjoy a wider mango availability of various origins at a lower price.
