There are two main mango varieties from Indonesia: Arumanis and Gedong Gincu.
1). Arumanis, a special variety that is only produced in the Probolinggo area, East Java – Indonesia. It is widely popular in South-East Asia countries, such as Singapore and Malaysia for its milky and creamy taste; 2). Gedong Gincu, has a similar profile as Kent mango with reddish skin during 100% ripeness. It is widely popular in Indonesia's local market.
Main market for Indonesian mango is premium supermarket/hypermart, especially in Singapore, Russia, UAE, Saudi Arabia & GCC, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the USA.

Characteristics
The Arumanis mangoes are characterized by their bright green skin with patches or light yellow skins. It is difficult to distinguish whether the fruit is ripe or not because it maintains its green color even when ripe and fully to eat. The fruit has an overall elliptical shape that is slightly larger than palm size.
Taste
The skin of the Arumanis mango is thick, protecting the soft flesh within. This allows the fruit to be more juicy and thick compared to other varieties, making it a preferred choice in most countries. The bright yellow flesh has a strong, sweet smell and flavor and almost no fibers.
