We have developed partnerships with top Vietnamese suppliers to provide high-quality passion fruit to markets worldwide. Our suppliers mainly come from Gia Lai, Dak Nong, Lam Dong Province. Our suppliers have invested in modern technology for manufacturing. One of the new techniques for frozen fruit production is Individual Rapid Freezing Technology, IQF(Individual Quick Freezing). IQF is a technology to process the freezing very quickly, helping fruits to keep the freshest and nutritious after the process. With extremely fast speed, from 70 to 100 seconds, the IQF technology minimizes the size of the ice crystals formed inside the food, reducing the destruction of the natural structure of the ingredients, helping to keep the freshness and nutrition of fruits.
