Our Soy Lecithin from India
Lecithins are naturally occurring phospholipid components critical for the normal structure and function of all animal and plant tissues.
While lecithin are important biologically, isolated lecithin exist in different forms and can play a role in several commercial applications such as food, pharmaceutical, paint, plastics, and other industrial products due to their unique physical properties. Due to its lipophilic and hydrophilic properties, lecithin is used in food applications for functional properties, primarily as an emulsifier, but it is also consumed as a supplement. Soy lecithin can be applicated to biscuits, chocolates, confectionery, paints, chemicals and so much more.
Our lecithin suppliers have their own manufacturing system, fully equipped to high quality machines for lecithin production. Our supplier is fully certified with ISO, KOSHER, HALAL, FSSAI, CERT ID(FOR NON GMO) certificates, proven to be meeting high manufacturing standards.
Soy lecithin has a shelf life of one year from the date of manufacture if seal is not broken. Soy lecithin should be stored away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
