-Established in 2000, is a family business with a winemaking tradition of more than 100 years. This is the fourth generation of artisan winegrowers from Matola, a district of Elche south of the D.O.P. Alicante-Spain (area of great winemaking tradition). They are the Camp d'Elx Wines. Until the year 2000 their wines were never bottled in the Casa-Bodega, the sale was made in bulk, but Jaime Soto, owner of the winery, together with his father, decided to combine tradition and technological advances in the production of their wines, of that's where the philosophy of the winery started. -As winegrowers, they are governed by respect for the environment, its traditions and a biodynamic and selected viticulture.
