The port of Saint-Maxime-du-Mont-Louis was one of Gaspegie's most important fish processing facilities during New France. Over the past two decades, Customer has been providing a wide variety of high-quality demersal fish, guided by this centuries-old sea worker tradition.
Thanks to the combined efforts of fifty employees of our factory in Mont-Louis, Haute-Gaspésie, and fifteen independent fishermen, their company processes fish caught in the frigid waters of the St. Lawrence River today.
