Since the company was founded by Alfred Faller in 1913, we have felt committed to the highest standards.
Following traditional craftsmanship, our jams are cooked in small batches in open copper cauldrons and hand-stirred. This way the natural flavors of the fruit are preserved to the maximum.
In addition, each year we purchase large amounts of fruit and berries from the neighboring Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland to prepare our popular Baden Black Cherry jam. Great care is taken during cultivation, care during maturation and care during harvest. In keeping with our philosophy of tradition and quality, the flavor of our jams comes exclusively from the fruit. In addition to granulated sugar, high-quality apple pectin is used in gel form, and natural concentrated lemon juice is used to tighten the taste.
