We offer packaging options ranging from 250 ml to 1000 ml. Additionally, as bottlers, we pride ourselves on being flexible, adapting to our clients' needs for any type of project.
Our Passion
We exclusively bottle the purest Spanish EVOO, driven by our belief in its health benefits and our commitment to promoting this exceptional Spanish product. Olea Hermosa was founded by Yvan Eacknout, who envisioned leveraging our privileged Mediterranean position to source the finest olive oils in the world.
Oil Selection Process
Our process begins in the fields, where we rigorously monitor harvest quality and select the plots ready for picking. We work meticulously with harvesting and transportation schedules to minimize quality loss. We select olives that have just passed veraison but retain their characteristic reddish-earthy tone, reminiscent of the Sierra de Mariola's unique landscape, where we craft an extraordinary product.
Our oil is produced in Alcoy (Alicante), using carefully selected olives from the best groves and employing the most advanced olive oil technology.
Production Excellence
The oil is cold-extracted within 24 hours of harvest, using only mechanical methods. Once extracted, it is stored in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, ensuring its unparalleled quality and flavor are preserved.
