- Established in 1973, a producer and distributor of agricultural products.
- Multi-agricultural specialist with expertise in seed, forestry, potatoes, pecans, sugar cane crops, and beef.
- Owns farms located in Umvoti, Winterton, Kaalfontein, and Komatipoort districts.
- A total of 3,700 ha are arable and devoted to production of seed crops and sugar cane, and 2,100 ha are under irrigation.
- Uses the non-arable areas on the farms for forestry and grazing.
- Employs 300 permanent staff across all the farms, and employs a further 1,000 people on a seasonal basis.
